Group bookings
For group bookings we have special programs. You can get a discount or Commission for the placement, providing comprehensive services, namely rental of conference hall, equipment, fixed meals, buffets, coffee breaks.
- You send a request to the head of sales and marketing at e-mail: feohotel@feo.ua
- The request must include: the number of guests, room categories, dates and a period (with an integrated service point for more information).
- Get a quotation.
- Confirm the invitation request. It shall specify the company details, name of guests, room type period of stay (if the application for an integrated service point for more information), the signature and stamp of the company.
- Get a reservation number and an invoice for payment. Pay the bill and send a payment order.
It is possible to conclude long-term contracts.
Contracts
For corporate clients, travel companies and agents have special offers, discounts and fees, with contracts: tourist, corporate, Agency.
